On 01/23/2023 Joseph Balls was arrested and charged with criminal use of a firearm, jailed for 10 minutes, and fined $20,000. Joseph Balls was arrested, charged and jailed with no access to a lawyer. Joseph Balls was just protecting himself from a large rabid animal as he was walking down the street. Please help as I have been wrongfully accused and can no longer carry a firearm to protect myself, as I was doing in the first place.

I would also like to add that the trooper took me on another call while i was in his vehicle being transported and put me in harms way for no reason at all. Driving erratically and risking my life.
